I get rid of what I know I will never use and discover images I forgot I had. Part of this process is scanning in film. When I shoot film I have the film processed and I scan it. Sometimes I scan in film right away and sometimes it might take me a couple of years. Below is a photo I took in Kauai with a Super Fat Lens lomo camera (by SuperHeadz).
